"Top-notch support from the team"
Top-notch support from the team - just like every time. We aimed to refresh an old portable radio, so we naturally turned to Stuart Westmoreland's. In the end, we picked up two radios and a kettle. Andrew, who assisted us, was super knowledgeable and really helpful. He even helped us carry our stuff back to the car.

"Top-notch, friendly service - 5 stars!"
Today, two engineers came over to install our new Bosch dishwasher that we got from the Stuart Westmorland shop. They were super friendly and did a fantastic, professional job. Before they headed out, they showed us how to operate the dishwasher. I’d totally recommend our local store and all the folks who helped us from the ordering process to the final setup.

"Outstanding Customer Support"
I came across a coffee grinder that caught my eye at an awesome price. I reached out to the team for info on its dimensions since I couldn't find that info online. They took the time to measure it for me and then gave me a call back. I placed my order around noon, and it showed up at 9:00 am the next day. Fantastic service, definitely recommend it, thanks a bunch!

"Beware of This Company"
Terrible customer support when it comes to getting a refund for a returned product. I called them as their team suggested through eBay, and they requested my personal card information, which was more than what I needed for the refund, and my bank advised against sharing that info. When I raised my concerns, they just hung up on me, called back, and then hung up again. It's truly appalling, and I suspect it's a scam. I've reported them to PayPal and eBay. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM OR SHARE YOUR DETAILS.

"Excellent communication and speedy delivery!"

"Inquiry About Sonos Beam Gen 1"
I reached out regarding the Sonos Beam Gen 1 to pair it with my older Sonos equipment that only works with the S1 app. I was informed that it had only been shown using the S2 app, so I needed to verify compatibility before making a purchase. While I was browsing the Sonos website, I received a callback from Stuart Westmoreland, who let me know that the Sonos Beam Gen 1 is compatible with both S1 and S2 apps. I confirmed this myself as I had just found that info during my search. Unfortunately, it was too late for next-day delivery. I placed my order late Tuesday afternoon, and it showed up at my doorstep on Thursday at 11:30 AM. It's all set up now, and everything's working smoothly. The service I got from Stuart Westmoreland was the best I've experienced in years, and I can highly recommend him.
